Return & Refund Policy

At FAK Aura Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality perfumes, oils, and personal care products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item is significantly different from the product ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened perfumes
  • Opened oils
  • Used personal care products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the product
    • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Original payment method (where applicable)

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product):

  • FAK Aura Care will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason:

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
